We went to the Fire Swim on Saturday.
There was lots of us there, I can’t remember how many exactly. I raised £70 in sponsorship.
We chose songs, 500 miles, Spandau Ballet. We had fantastic supporters cheering us on and they had some fantastic dance moves.
Thank you to the firefighters for running the event, the Acorn volunteer for making the outfits and the volunteers who came and lane counted.
Well done to all of the other swimmers, it was a great event and we’re looking forward to next year.
